Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is a durable and economical single-ply roofing membrane. It is UV resistant and improves energy efficiency. TPO is used on flat or low-sloped commercial roof surfaces.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is highly reflective and resistant to chemicals, grease and fires. Because of this, it is commonly used on chemical plants and restaurants.
EPDM
Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM) is long-lasting, and eco-friendly - made from recycled materials. EPDM rubber acts as an insulator for improved energy efficiency in all seasons. This material is a widely-used membrane for flat or low-sloped roofs.
Metal
Metal roofs are known for their durability and longevity. With proper installation and maintenance, these roofing systems have superior lifespans. There are options for a variety of preferences and budgets: Pro-panel roof systems are a more economical metal option, while still offering high-quality performance and appearance. Standing Seam metal has a click and lock installation, eliminating exposed fasteners. This type of metal roof boasts long-lasting durability, the ability to accommodate thermal movement, and aesthetic benefits. All types of metal roofs are available in a variety of colors for consideration to design. Learn more about metal roof systems on our blog.

BUR/Asphalt Systems
Built-up roofing (BUR) is a common roofing material composed of layers of reinforcing felt and asphalt (bitumen). The system is often finished with a layer of aggregate, such as gravel or granulated modified. BUR systems are commonly used for low-slope because they result in a continuous sealed surface. This roof type is no longer commonly installed, but proper repairs and maintenance can maximize the life of the system.
